For breakfast we will be serving a traditional Japanese breakfast formed of steamed rice, miso soup and various side dishes. We will be serving steamed rice in a small bowl but very well balanced. We cook steamed rice by placing a pot containing dry rice into a food steamer. Miso soup is a type of Japanese soup which is made of soybean paste, salt, water, vegetables and broth. We will be serving this in a small bowl with a soup spoon which is a large and round spoon. For the side dishes, we will be serving tamagoyaki which is a Japanese omelet made of several layers of cooked egg. Another side dish is nori which is edible seaweed. We will be serving two square pieces per person. The final side dish for breakfast is tsukemono which is Japanese pickles. The total cost of breakfast is three baseball-sized diamonds.
For lunch we will be serving Japanese curry with rice, sushi with a side dish of takoyaki and for dessert, taiyaki. As for the beverage you have the choice of either green tea or a soft drink. Japanese curry with rice is a very simple dish which is very delicious. We usually add some vegetables to give more taste, such as onions, carrots and much more. As for the meat of the curry we use pork, chicken or beef. This dish will be served with a spoon to mix it up. Sushi is a Japanese dish which is made of rice and other ingredients such as fish. We will be serving three different types of sushi, Inarizushi which is fried tofu filled with rice, Nigirizushi which is rice with salmon, tuna or other seafood and Narezushi which is fish stuffed with salt. For the side dish we will be serving takoyaki which is a ball-shaped Japanese dumpling filled with octopus and green onions. Takoyaki is usually topped with takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise. As for the dessert we will be serving taiyaki which is a fish-shaped cake which is filled with red bean paste, chocolate, cheese or custard. For the beverages we serve green tea which is made of herbs and water. We also serve two different types of Japanese soft drinks such as Mitsuya Cider which taste like a mixture between Sprite and Ginger Ale. Another soft drink we serve is C.C Lemon which flavor is lemon. The total cost of lunch is six golf ball-sized diamonds.
For dinner we will be serving tonkatsu with steamed rice, with a side dish of motoyaki and namasu. For dessert we will be serving mitsumame. As for the beverage we'll be serving Aojiru, Sakurayu and Jurokucha. Tonkatsu is fried pork cutlet which will be served with rice and cabbage. This will be served on a round plate with a pair of chopsticks. Tonkatsu is usually dipped in egg to give it more taste. Tonkatsu is this restaurant's main dish since we prepare it very well. This dish will be served with a side dish of motoyaki which is baked food served with mayonnaise sauce in an oyster. Mayonnaise is the most used sauce at our restaurant since we've been making it since we started this restaurant. Another side dish we will be serving is namasu which is a salad made with uncooked vegetables and seafood. The topping of this salad is rice vinegar. As for the dessert we will be serving is mitsumame which is a dessert made of jelly which is made with juice such as apple juice or any other fruit juice. We later add a couple of fruits such as pineaples, cherries and peaches. For the beverages we will be serving Aojiru which is a vegetable drink which is made of plants. Another beverage we will serve is Sakurayu which is cherry blossom tea. This tea is served with a little cherry blossom flower to add elegance. The last beverage we will be serving is Jurokucha which is cold tea which is blended with sixteen different teas. The different flavors are from fruits, leaves and grains. The total cost of dinner is five tennis ball-sized diamonds.
